1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or purchasing an eSIM plan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Service Description

Airlло Mobile UK provides digital eSIM data plans for international travellers. Our plans provide mobile data connectivity through partner mobile network operators in supported countries. Plans are data-only and do not include voice calls or SMS. All plans are one-time purchases with a fixed validity period unless otherwise stated.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase an eSIM plan. You must possess an eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked device. You are responsible for confirming device compatibility before purchase.

4. Purchase and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. Upon successful payment, you will receive a QR code by email within minutes. The QR code is your eSIM activation credential and should be kept secure.

5. Service Limitations

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Coverage depends on local network availability and may vary. We are not liable for:

Network outages or degraded performance caused by partner operators.
Loss of connectivity due to device malfunction or user error.
Inability to activate eSIM due to device incompatibility not disclosed at time of purchase.
Data consumed by background applications on your device.
Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the service.

6. Prohibited Use

You must not use our services for:

Any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
Commercial resale of data to third parties.
Operating public or commercial Wi-Fi hotspots.
Automated bulk data downloading or web scraping at scale.
Any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services or partner networks.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Airlло Mobile UK's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant plan. We exclude all implied warranties and conditions to the extent permitted by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Your statutory rights as a UK consumer are not affected by these Terms.
